SOFAZ more than doubles its revenues from ACG

From January through May this year, the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) earned $3.828 billion from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) block in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, Report informs, citing the Fund.
According to the information, this is nearly $2 billion or 2.07 times more than in January-May last year.
In January-May 2021, SOFAZ's revenue from ACG amounted to $1,850,200,000.
Since the ACG field began operations in 2001, total revenues from the field have amounted to $158.658 billion.
