SOCAR's plant in Türkiye slightly increases diesel fuel production

In July of this year, the STAR refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced about 538,079 tons of diesel fuel (+3,230 tons or 0.6%), Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).

STAR oil refinery accounted for 41% of diesel fuel production in Türkiye. In total, more than 1,312,223 tons of diesel fuel were produced from oil refineries in Türkiye in July 2023, which is 175,681 tons or 11.8% less than in July 2022.
