SOCAR plant in Türkiye reduces LPG production by 11%

In May of this year, the STAR refinery (NEZ), an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced more than 15,114 tons (-1,849 tons or 10.9%) of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulation Authority (EMRA).
In total, nearly 80,825 tons of LPG were produced by oil refineries in Türkiye in May 2023, which is 17,708 tons or 18% less than in the same period of 2022.
