SOCAR, Gran Tierra Energy eye expanded cooperation

SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with Gary Guidry, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gran Tierra Energy Inc., within the Baku Energy Week.
Report informs that the meeting noted with satisfaction the dynamic development of relations between the companies.
The sides reviewed the work carried out under the Agreement on the Exploration, Development and Production Sharing for the onshore prospective area located in the Guba-Caspian region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed between SOCAR and Gran Tierra Energy Inc. in February this year.
The parties exchanged views on opportunities to further expand cooperation in upstream activities and other issues of mutual interest.
