SOCAR announces competition for innovations in smart urban development and industry

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is organizing an innovation competition on "Smart Urbanization Capstone Program," Report informs.

The goal of the competition is to create conditions for smart and sustainable urban development and identify advanced technological ideas.

The initiative covers energy, ecology, water resources, infrastructure, and urban systems. Participants are invited to develop technology-based solution concepts and work with mentors over a six-week program.

Following the selection process, teams will present their projects at Demo Day. Students, young professionals, researchers, startups, and innovative teams are welcome to apply.
