8 tankers of Azerbaijani oil left Ceyhan port this year

Botas International Limited (BIL), which operates the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Turkey, transported 6.198 million barrels of crude oil from the Ceyhan terminal this year.
Report informs, this volume of crude oil was loaded on eight tankers and sent to world markets. So far, 3.577 billion barrels of oil have been loaded on 4,667 tankers from Ceyhan port.
Notably, BIL was authorized to operate the BTC in Turkey in 2001. The first tanker loading of BTC crude oil at the Ceyhan terminal took place on June 2, 2006.
