Parviz Shahbazov to attend discussions of OPEC + ministers

12th ministerial meeting of OPEC plus, scheduled for December 1, has been postponed to December 3, Report says, citing Azerbaijan's Energy Ministry.
According to the information, the ministers of OPEC and non-OPEC countries will discuss issues arising from the "Declaration of Cooperation."
Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov is also expected to take part in the discussions of OPEC plus ministers.
