Parviz Shahbazov: Electricity production in Azerbaijan up 3%

According to operational data, during five months this year, Azerbaijan's electricity production increased by 2.9%, reaching to 11244.2 million kWh, exports 538.4 million kWh, and imports 60.5 million kWh compared to the same period last year, said Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov, Report informs.
"In January-May, 930.9 million kWh of electricity, including hydropower, with an increase of 118 million kWh, was generated from renewables compared to the relevant period last year," he tweeted.
