More than 99 million barrels of BTC oil transported from Ceyhan port this year

In the first half of this year, BOTAS International Limited (BIL), a subsidiary of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Turkey, transported 99.096 million barrels of crude oil from the Ceyhan terminal.
According to the company, this amount of crude oil was loaded on 137 tankers and sent to world markets.
So far, about 3 billion 670 million barrels of crude oil have been loaded from the port to 4,796 tankers.
BIL was authorized to operate BTC in Turkey in 2001. The first shipment of crude oil from BTC at the Ceyhan terminal took place on June 2, 2006.
