Global oil prices rose on July 4 morning after the news on July 3 about the decline in production by Saudi Arabia and Russia, Report informs referring to the auction data.
The price of September futures for Brent crude rose by 0.54% to $75.05 per barrel, August futures for WTI grew in price by 0.56% to $70.18.
Expectations of reduced supplies support oil quotes. On July 3, Saudi Arabia announced an extension to August of a voluntary 1 million bpd production cut that began in July.
