Azerbaijan increased its gas export by 18% in 2022, Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
According to the minister, 11.4 billion cubic meters of gas was delivered from Azerbaijan to Europe last year.
He said that 8.4 billion cubic meters of gas were exported to Turkiye and 2.5 billion cubic meters to Georgia during this period.
Shahbazov emphasized that Azerbaijan supplied Turkiye with 5.6 billion cubic meters of gas during this period through the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline (TANAP).
