EIA releases oil production forecast for Azerbaijan in 2026

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has projected that Azerbaijan's average daily oil production in 2026 will be around 540,000 barrels.

According to Report, this figure was published in the EIA's September edition of its Short-Term Energy Outlook.

The forecast remains unchanged compared to the agency's August report.

For the first quarter of next year, Azerbaijan's average daily oil output is expected to reach 550,000 barrels - consistent with the previous forecast.

In the second quarter of 2026, daily production is projected at 540,000 barrels, again unchanged from last month"s estimate.

The agency also forecasts that in the third and fourth quarters of 2026, Azerbaijan's average daily oil production will be 530,000 barrels, maintaining the same figures as previously reported.
