BOTAS transports over 27M tons of Azerbaijani oil from Ceyhan port

Botas International Limited (BIL), which operates the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Turkey, has so far transported 27.330 million barrels of crude oil from the Ceyhan terminal, Report informs.
The indicated volume of crude was loaded on 37 tankers and sent to world markets.
Some 3.598 billion barrels of oil have been shipped on 4,696 tankers from Ceyhan port up to date.
BIL was authorized to operate the BTC in Turkey in 2001. The first tanker loading of BTC crude oil at the Ceyhan terminal took place on June 2, 2006.
