BOTAS transports 51 million barrels of oil from Ceyhan terminal

Botas International Limited (BIL), which operates the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Turkey, transported 50.925 million barrels of crude oil from the Ceyhan terminal in the first quarter of this year.
According to Report, the indicated volume of crude was loaded on 70 tankers and sent to world markets.
To date, 3,622,000,000 barrels of oil have been shipped on 4,729 tankers from Ceyhan port.
BIL was authorized to operate BTC in Turkey in 2001. The first tanker loading of BTC crude oil at the Ceyhan terminal took place on June 2, 2006.
