The Belgian company Sarens is interested in participating in reconstruction work in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Elnur Bakirov, the company's country manager, told Report.
According to Bakirov, the Belgian company began operating in Azerbaijan relatively recently:
"Our company is engaged in the rental of lifting equipment or participation in large projects where this equipment is used. Currently, 10 of our cranes are used in the project of ACWA Power of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the renewable energy field in Gobustan. Two of them are 800 tons."
Bakirov noted that one of the company's main goals is to participate in projects in Karabakh and East Zangazur:
"True, no specific agreements have been reached on this at the moment. Our company also produces 12,000-ton cranes. That is, the lifting equipment we produce is used in large projects - in the construction of factories, plants, stations, and tunnels."
