AzerEnergy, Masdar discuss 1,000 MW renewable energy projects

Azerbaijan's AzerEnergy OJSC and the UAE-based Masdar have held discussions on joint solar and wind power projects with a total capacity of 1,000 MW, Report informs, citing AzerEnergy.
The talks were held during a meeting between AzerEnergy President Baba Rzayev and a delegation led by Mohamed Al Muharrami, Masdar's Head of Projects.
The sides also exchanged views on the current state of cooperation and future prospects. The projects under discussion include solar and wind power plants in Banka, Bilasuvar, and Garadagh.
