Azerbaijani minister attending session within Russian Energy Week

The key session of the second day of the Russian Energy Week (REW) “Future of traditional energy: is the world ready to give up hydrocarbons?” is taking place in Moscow, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
Azerbaijan is represented at the event by Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov.
“Forecasts for gas markets differ a lot. We need to jointly discuss this issue. What is more important: energy security or ecology? The answer is obvious, consumers will be on the side of energy security,” the minister said in his speech.
The organizers of the Russian Energy Week are the Russian Energy Ministry, the Roscongress Foundation and the Moscow government.
