Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan sign Roadmap on energy cooperation

Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan have signed a Roadmap to expand energy cooperation for 2026–2028.

According to Report, Azerbaijan's Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov said in a post on X that the document was signed during his meeting with his Uzbek counterpart Sherzod Khodjaev.

According to Shahbazov, the sides discussed a new stage of energy cooperation, taking into account the dynamic development of strategic partnership and allied relations between the two countries.

The ministers also reviewed the development of the Central Asia–Azerbaijan Green Energy Corridor and cooperation in the oil and gas sector, renewable energy, energy efficiency and investment.
