Azerbaijan, Somalia discuss energy cooperation working group

Azerbaijan and Somalia discussed the establishment of a Joint Working Group in the energy sector.
Report informs that Azerbaijan's Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said this in a post on X.
Shahbazov said he met with Somalia's Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Dahir Shire Mohamed on the sidelines of the Istanbul Natural Resources Summit in Türkiye.
He noted that the meeting reviewed issues related to the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two countries in the oil and gas sectors, the organization of the Joint Working Group, and assessed potential cooperation opportunities.
