Azerbaijan slightly increases profit from natural gas export to Georgia

In January-August of this year, Azerbaijan exported 1,623,817,700 cubic meters of natural gas worth 269,091,160 to Georgia, respectively, down 348,991,290 cubic meters (17.7%) and up $4,840,650 (1.8%) from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

According to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 17,391,448,110 cubic meters of natural gas worth $10,452,178,820 in January–August of this year.

The share of natural gas in the total exports of Azerbaijan was 42.92%.
