Azerbaijan sees over 9% surge in crude oil exports to Czech Republic

In January-July of 2025, Azerbaijan exported more than 1.027 million tons of crude oil worth nearly $547.1 million to the Czech Republic, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee.

Compared to the same period of 2024, the exports grew by 9.3 percent in volume, while dropping by 8.4 percent in value.

During this period, the share of crude oil exported to Czech Republic in Azerbaijan’s total oil exports was 7.1%.

According to the customs declarations, in total, Azerbaijan exported more than 14.470 million tons of crude oil and related products obtained from bituminous rocks, valued at more than $7.660 billion in the initial seven months of 2025.

In that period, Azerbaijan conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth approximately $28.842 billion.
