Azerbaijan's oil product export revenue more than triples

In January-April 2026, Azerbaijan exported over 298,520 tons of oil products according to customs declarations.
Report informs, citing statistics from the State Customs Committee, that the value of these products amounted to $244.417 million.
The volume of exported oil products was 86.13% higher than in the same period last year, while their value increased 3.4 times.
During the reporting months, oil products accounted for 2.06% of Azerbaijan's total exports.
In January-April 2026, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with other countries worth $17.403 billion. Exports accounted for $11.879 billion of foreign trade turnover, while imports amounted to $5.525 billion. Year-on-year, exports increased by 35.2%, while imports decreased by 32.1%.
