Azerbaijan's income from oil exports to Czechia up 38%

In January-October 2024, Azerbaijan exported 1,433,820.82 tons of crude oil worth $900.83 million to the Czech Republic, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan's State Customs Committee.

The volume of products exported from Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic increased by 31.6%, and its value went up by 37.8% compared to the same period in 2023.

The share of crude oil exported to the Czech Republic in Azerbaijan's total oil exports was 6.97%.

According to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 20.57 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products obtained from bituminous rocks worth $12.76 billion in January-October of the current year.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations worth $39.38 billion with foreign countries. Of the trade turnover, $22.74 billion accounted for exports and $16.64 billion for imports.
