Azerbaijan's income from electricity exports grows 14-fold

From January through February 2023, Azerenergy OJSC exported over 1.731 billion kWh (6.1 times more YoY) of electricity for $227.2 million (14.1 times more YoY), Report informs, citing the country’s State Customs Committee.
During the reporting period, the export of electricity amounted to 5.03% of Azerbaijan’s total exports and 34.88% of its non-oil exports.
