Azerbaijan's electricity production up by 6%

During two months of this year, electricity production from TPPs amounted to 4,998.8 million kWh, and from renewable sources, including hydropower stations, to 178.1 million kWh, said Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov, Report informs.

"According to operational data for January-February, electricity production increased by 5.8%, to 5,176.9 mln kWh, with exports making up 840 million kWh and imports - 21 million kWh," he tweeted.
