Azerbaijan posts over 7% increase in production of commercial gas

Azerbaijan produced 46,743.3 million cubic meters of natural gas in 2022, of which 34,958.3 million cubic meters were commercial gas, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

During the reporting period, natural gas production increased by 6.6%, and marketable gas by 7.3%.

In 2022, Azerbaijan produced 32,667,700 tons of crude oil, including gas condensate, with commercial oil accounting for 32,571,100 tons.

The oil production in the reporting period was 5.5% less than in the same months of the previous year (marketable oil volume - 5.6%).
