Azerbaijan posts 2% rise in gasoline production

Azerbaijan produced oil products worth AZN 1,041,700,000 in January-April 2020, up 5.1% from the previous year.
Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee that gasoline production has risen by 2.1% to 406,100 tonnes, diesel production soared 7.4% to 732,600 tonnes, furnace oil production surged 13.6% to 29,200 tonnes, lubricating oil production increased by 61.1% to 8,700 tonnes and petroleum bitumen production went up 61.2% to 79,300 tonnes.
Production of gasoline for the petrochemical industry dropped 2.5% to 101,600 tonnes, kerosene production declined by 5.1% to 186,500 tonnes, petroleum coke production fell by 6% to 76,900 tonnes.
