Azerbaijan more than doubles oil exports to Spain

In January of this year, 76,534.64 tons of crude oil (+2.52-fold) worth $39,881,490 (+2.53-fold) were exported from Azerbaijan to Spain, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

The share of crude oil exported to Italy in the total oil exports of Azerbaijan was 5.24%.

Azerbaijan exported $863,453,880 worth of 1,462,278.29 tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous rocks in January 2024.

In the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth $2.986 billion.

The export operations accounted for $1.844 billion, and imports for $1.142 billion.
