Azerbaijan, Kenya discuss energy cooperation opportunities

Azerbaijan and Kenya have reviewed cooperation opportunities in various areas of the energy sector and discussed human capital development and experience exchange, according the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), cited by Report.
SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf held a meeting today with Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto.
During the meeting, the Kenyan head of state was provided with detailed information on SOCAR's strategic objectives, as well as the energy projects implemented in Azerbaijan and abroad.
Both sides exchanged views on potential cooperation in the energy sector and emphasized the importance of developing human capital and expanding mutual experience sharing.
