Azerbaijan increases profit from natural gas export to Türkiye by 50% 

Azerbaijan exported 7,200,630,000 cubic meters of natural gas worth $2,616,995,900 to Türkiye in January–August 2023, respectively, up 1,542,677,470 cubic meters (27.3%) and $869,383,560 (49.7%) from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

According to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 17,391,448,110 cubic meters of natural gas worth $10,452,178,820 in the reporting period.

The share of natural gas in Azerbaijan’s total exports was 42.92%.
