Azerbaijan increases its profit from oil exports to Croatia

From January through October 2022, Azerbaijan exported 1.159 million tons of crude oil to Croatia for $952.38 million, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.

In January-October 2022, the amount of Azerbaijan’s exports to Croatia was 24.2% less than the indicators of the same period of 2021, and their monetary value was 26.8% more year on year.

The share of crude oil exported to Croatia in the total oil exports of Azerbaijan was 5.11%.

In the first ten months of 2022, according to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported over 22.682 million tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous rocks, and earned $17.179 billion.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijan conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth $46.299 billion. Exports accounted for $34.71 billion of foreign trade turnover, while imports accounted for $11.58 billion.
