Azerbaijan increases gas supplies to Turkey 23%

In November 2020, Turkey imported 1, 064,000,000 cubic meters of natural gas from Azerbaijan, a growth of 23.4% from the same period of 2019, Report mentions, referring to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
Azerbaijan ranked second in Turkey's total gas imports. Russia is in first place with 2,435,000,000 cubic meters, a 2.3% increase from 2019. In November, Iran exported 790 million cubic meters of natural gas to Turkey, which is 8% less than in November 2019.
In November, Turkey's total gas imports rose 27.93% year-on-year to 5,153,000,000 cubic meters, a growth of 32.1% compared to 2019.
Of this volume, 4,290,600,000 cubic meters was the gas imported through pipelines (a 52.5% increase).
