Azerbaijan gets 13.5% rise in gas export

Azerbaijan exported 4.6 billion cubic meters of gas in January-April 2020, up 13.5% from the previous year, Report informs, citing Energy Ministry.
Of this, 1.1 billion cubic meters were exported to Georgia, 3.5 billion cubic meters to Turkey.
Azerbaijan exported gas to Turkey and Georgia. The natural gas is exported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline and TANAP to Turkey.
Azerbaijani gas is transported to Georgia via the South Caucasus Pipeline and Gazimammad-Gazakh pipeline.
