Azerbaijan exports more than 40% of oil to Italy

In January-March this year, Azerbaijan exported 2.380 million (-34.4%) tons of crude oil worth $1.489 billion (+9.7%) to Italy, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
The share of crude oil exported from Azerbaijan to Italy was 40.4%.
In January-March 2022, Azerbaijan exported a total of 5.887 million (-16.4%) tons of crude oil and oil products obtained from bituminous rocks. The value of this product amounted to $3.680 billion (+38.1%).
