Azerbaijan, BP discuss energy and decarbonization

Azerbaijan and the British company BP energy and decarbonization issues, Azerbaijani Minister of Energy Parviz Shahabazov said on X, as quoted by Report.
The minister met with Meg O'Neill, Chief Executive Officer of BP on Tuesday.
"Over 30 years of successful Azerbaijan-bp partnership, we discussed the expanding scope of cooperation ranging from energy security to renewable energy and decarbonization. We also assessed the significance of the innovative mechanism for the virtual transmission of green electrons within the framework of the Shafag project," Shahbazov wrote on X.
