Azerbaijan boosts crude oil exports to Bulgaria

Azerbaijan exported 277,990 tons of crude oil to Bulgaria in January–April this year, worth $182.32 million, according to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.
Compared to the same period in 2025, the volume of exports increased 3.5 times, while the value rose 3.8 times.
Oil shipments to Bulgaria accounted for 3.5% of Azerbaijan"s total crude oil exports.
Overall, Azerbaijan exported 7.92 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products derived from bituminous materials worth $4.37 billion during the reporting period.
Total foreign trade turnover for January–April stood at $17.4 billion, with exports at $11.88 billion and imports at $5.3 billion.
