TABIB: 75 teams, 35 ambulances allocated for WUF13

Four hospitals and ambulance services under TABIB have been placed on enhanced duty in Baku ahead of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum, WUF13.

Report informs, citing the agency, that emergency, pediatric emergency, intensive care and operating departments at Yeni Clinic have been put on full alert, taking into account possible medical needs.

In addition, a relevant bed capacity has been allocated at the modular hospital under the Sabunchu Medical Center to respond to possible infectious diseases. Beds have been prepared at the Central Hospital of Oil Workers for burn patients and at the Clinical Medical Center for poisoning cases.

The Republican Center for Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid has also allocated 75 teams and 35 ambulances in connection with WUF13. They will work in shifts.

Ambulance teams will be on round-the-clock duty at hotels designated for forum participants and at event venues. Reserve vehicles have also been provided to ensure uninterrupted service.
