BSU Rector calls for stronger international cooperation in Turkology

Strengthening international cooperation in the field of Turkology is essential, Baku State University (BSU) Rector Elchin Babayev told journalists during the presentation of the book Lessons of the First Turkological Congress, held at BSU as part of Turkic World Week in Baku.

According to Report, Babayev emphasized that the legacy of the First Turkological Congress serves as a guiding framework: "We must unite our efforts to use these materials effectively both in teaching and in scientific research."

The rector also highlighted the textbook prepared by academician Nizami Jafarov: "Today we are presenting this textbook. We believe that students from various faculties and researchers will benefit from it. The conference materials have also been published at a high level, featuring contributions not only from BSU but also from foreign colleagues and researchers from scientific institutes and universities across Azerbaijan."
