Temperatures to hit 41°C in Azerbaijan on Sunday

On July 26, temperatures in Azerbaijan are expected to reach 41°C, Report informs, citing the country's National Hydrometeorological Service.

In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather will be sunny, with a southeast wind. Nighttime temperatures will be 23–26°C, while daytime temperatures will range from 35–39°C, approaching 40°C in some areas.

Atmospheric pressure will be 752 mm Hg, with relative humidity at 70–75% at night and 40–50% during the day.

Across the districts, the weather will be mostly dry, though short-term rain, thunderstorms, and hail are possible in some mountainous areas during the day. Fog may occur intermittently, and the eastern wind will occasionally strengthen.

Temperatures in the regions will be 22–27°C at night and 35–39°C during the day, reaching 40–41°C in certain areas.

In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will be 15–20°C, and daytime 25–30°C.
