Temperatures in Azerbaijan are expected to reach 38 C on July 31, though rain is possible in some areas, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service.

The weather in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be mostly dry. A northwesterly wind, strengthening at times, will be replaced by a northeasterly wind during the day.

Temperatures will be 22-25 C at night and 29-33 C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be around 761 mmHg, while relative humidity will be 70-75% at night and 50-55% during the day.

The weather in Azerbaijan's regions is also expected to be mostly dry. However, short-term rain and lightning are possible during the day in some mountainous and foothill districts. Fog is expected in some mountainous areas. An easterly wind will blow.

Temperatures will be 22-27 C at night and 34-38 C during the day. In the mountains, temperatures will be 15-20 C at night and 23-28 C during the day.
