Temperatures in Azerbaijan to reach 37 C on August 15

Changeable cloudy and mostly rainless weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on August 15, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service.

Short-term rain is possible in some places in the morning. A moderate northwest wind will occasionally strengthen during the day.

The air temperature will be 22-25 C at night and 29-32 C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 759 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 70-75% at night and 50-55% during the day.

Intermittent rain is expected in some districts of Azerbaijan. Short-term showers may become intense in some places, with lightning and hail also possible. Precipitation may intensify slightly in mountainous and foothill areas at night and in the morning.

Occasional fog is expected in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning. A moderate east wind will blow.

The air temperature will be 22-26 C at night and 32-37 C during the day, while in the mountains it will be 12-17 C at night and 20-25 C during the day.
