Temperatures in Azerbaijan to reach 34 C on September 7

Changeable cloudy weather, with occasional overcast conditions, is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on September 7, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service.

The weather will be mostly dry, although intermittent rain is expected in some areas from daytime. Short-term heavy showers and thunderstorms are possible in parts of the peninsula.

A moderate south-westerly wind will shift to a strong north-westerly wind during the day.

Temperatures will be 20-23 C at night, 28-32 C during the day and around 26 C in the evening. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 753 mmHg to 758 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 60-70%.

Intermittent rain is also expected in some regions of Azerbaijan. In some areas, precipitation may be heavy and accompanied by thunderstorms and hail, with rain intensifying in the evening and turning to snow in high mountainous areas.

Occasional fog is expected in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning.

Temperatures will be 18-23 C at night and 30-34 C during the day, while in the mountains they will range from 12-17 C at night to 18-23 C during the day.
