Global Media Group joins 'Save the Caspian Sea' environmental campaign

On September 20, Global Media Group and its affiliates joined the "Save the Caspian Sea" environmental campaign at Bilgah Beach as part of International Coastal Cleanup Day, Report informs.

Employees of Global Management, Oxu.Az, Baku TV, Baku.ws, Report News Agency, Kaspi newspaper, Media.Az, Photostock, and Caliber participated in the event.

The event was part of International Coastal Cleanup Day, which is held simultaneously in over 100 countries and is dedicated to cleaning up waste from water bodies.

The event was organized by Coca-Cola, with the participation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, the private sector, NGOs, and volunteers.

This is the second time Global Media Group has participated in this international campaign, demonstrating its commitment to environmental education and protection.

"The fight against climate change and environmental pollution places responsibility not only on governments but on all members of society. We, as a group of media companies, continue to fulfill our mission of raising awareness and are also making a practical contribution to this call by participating in coastal cleanups with our employees," said Rovshan Nizamov, a member of the board of directors of Global Media Group.
