Fire breaks out in Lerik

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has issued an official statement on the fire in Lerik.
According to Report, it reads:
"The ministry's 112 hotline received information about a fire in a mountainous area near the village of Haftonu in the Lerik region.
"The fire departments of the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and personnel of the Special Risk Rescue Service were involved in firefighting. Measures are being taken to extinguish the fire.
"According to preliminary information, dry grass, shrubs, and tree stumps are burning in 1 hectare of mountainous area.
"Additional information will be provided."
