Ecological situation in Karabakh and East Zangazur to be discussed

A round table will be held on the ecological situation of Karabakh and East Zangazur economic regions.

Report informs that this issue was included in the work plan of the Milli Majlis Committee for Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology for the spring session of 2024.

At the same time, within the framework of COP29, hearings on the management of waste released into the atmosphere and joint discussions about participation in monitoring of bioresources in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, the current situation of Hajigabul Lake and the restoration of it are planned.
