On September 4, it will be rainless in the regions of Azerbaijan. East wind will blow.
The temperature will be +19 - +24 C at night, +35 - +41 C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be +13 - +18 C at night, and +23 - +28 C in the daytime.
