Azerbaijan to see temperatures drop by up to 8°C this week

Intermittent rainfall is expected in some mountainous and foothill areas of Azerbaijan from August 26 to 29, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service.
According to the forecast, short-term heavy rain is expected in some areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and possible hail.
Rainy weather is expected to cause a rise in river water levels, with short-term flash floods possible in some mountain rivers.
Air temperatures across the country are forecast to gradually fall by 4–8°C compared to previous days.
