Azerbaijan plans to install automatic meteorological stations in Khankandi, Aghdara

In 2025, it is planned to install five automatic meteorological stations, including in Khankandi city and Aghdara district, Kenan Karimli, head of a department at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (MENR), said this during a meeting of the working group on ecological issues, Report informs.
According to Karimli, 11 automatic hydrological stations on ten rivers and five automatic meteorological stations have been installed and put into operation in the liberated territories:
"Three automatic agrometeorological stations have been installed and activated: one set in Khankandi city area, one set in Gulabird village of Lachin district, and one set near Khojaly city."
