WUF13 Media Center to accommodate 400 media representatives at once

The media center at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), to be held in Baku, will allow 400 media representatives to work at the same time.

Report informs that President Ilham Aliyev was briefed on this while reviewing preparations for WUF13 on the territory of the Baku Olympic Stadium.

It was noted that the 2-hectare zone houses the Media Center, as well as halls for Roundtables, Special Sessions, and Dialogues.

The Media Center features workstations, live broadcast and interview rooms, a press conference hall, TV studios, and a media lounge. It has a total capacity of 600 people and can accommodate up to 400 media representatives working simultaneously.

WUF13 will be held in Baku on May 17-22. The forum is organized as part of Azerbaijan's close cooperation with the UN Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat) and is aimed at exchanging international experience in sustainable urban development, smart cities and innovative urban solutions.
