Top official meets visiting reps of leading French companies

On April 8, Head of the Presidential Administration, Head of the Coordinating Headquarters for Centralized Resolution of Issues in the Liberated Territories Samir Nuriyev met with Philippe Gauthier, Executive Director of MEDEF International (Movement of French Enterprises), who is on a visit to our country, and representatives of leading French companies.

Report informs that regular visits to Azerbaijan by representatives of leading French companies are regarded as a manifestation of interest in deepening economic ties.

Representatives of leading French companies Airbus, Alstom, Suez, Thales, Egis, Oberthur Cash Protection, Arverne Group and others participating in the meeting expressed their interest in deepening economic ties between Azerbaijan and France, expanding cooperation covering new areas. The intention of French business circles to take part in restoration and reconstruction projects carried out in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan was expressed.
